  1. Minimum attendance requirement as per the Examination Bye-Laws of the Board must be met.
  2. For Pre-Primary: There are no formal examinations for the students of these classes. Students are assessed in scholastic and co-scholastic areas throughout the year. Observations are made periodically by the teachers for academic work, behaviour, attitude, classroom activities, interaction and participation in the class. A record of all the work done is maintained on regular basis and a comprehensive progress report will be given to parents twice a year.
  3. For Classes I to V: The school has adopted a continuous and comprehensive evaluation system as per CBSE guidelines in the form of class tests, Subject Enrichment Activities and two assessments; Half Yearly and Annual. Remedial measures and follow ups are taken so that the child attains the minimum required score of grade 'D' in all subjects.
  4. Classes VI to VIII: Students are assessed comprehensively and continuously term wise, based on Periodic Tests, Subject Enrichment Activities, Assignments, Half Yearly and Annual Exam. Each student is required to get a qualifying grade 'D' or above in all the subjects. If a student does not secure grade 'D' in the Annual Exam, he/she shall be granted opportunity for improvement test within a period of one month from the date of declaration of the result. He/she will have to score qualifying grade 'D' in all the subjects.
  5. Classes IX to XII: As per CBSE guidelines.

Normally students are not made to repeat a class up to Elementary Classes, but in the interest of the child, it may be done in consultation with the parents.

  • House uniform will be worn on the days, the class has a games period / inter house event participation.
  • It is compulsory for the girls to make two plaits or ponytails with white ribbons in case they have long hair.
  • School belt is compulsory from Class I and above.
